Detailed Itinerary:

Days 1-2 Delhi

Namaste! Welcome to India.

Arrive Delhi airport and included transfer to your hotel. You can arrive at any time on Day 1 as there are no activities planned until the important welcome meeting as per your itinerary. Your tour leader (in case of group) / Glorious India Tours  representative (for Private Tours) would have a meeting with you and discuss the itinerary in detail. 

Dive head first into the colour and chaos of India. Soak up the sights, sounds and smells of the crowded bazaar and scented spice markets of Delhi. On day 2 we visit the wonderful Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar and see one of its most impressive buildings, the Lotus Temple and drive past India Gate with surrounding Govt. Building and Raj Ghat - a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi

Day 3 Agra

Make an early start to the Mughal city of Agra by private car en route visit Sikandra Fort – Tomb of Akbar. Learn the tragic love stories and mysterious legends of the Red Fort, which boasts some of India’s finest Mughal buildings. Later enjoy a horse cart ride to the legendary Taj Mahal &Visit the iconic Taj Mahal - constructed from marble and inlaid with jade, crystal and sapphire, it must be seen to be believed. Visit Heritage Monuments.

Day 4 Rural Rajasthan Camp Stay

Transfer to Abhaneri - is a small town village between Agra and Jaipur (approx  03 hrs) en route visit Fateh Pur Sikri – Abandon City, where we stay deluxe camps. Later proceed for an exploratory walk through the village, you will see local people at work, and have plenty of opportunity to meet with the villagers. Later enjoy the camel ride. Overnight stay at Camps

 

 

Day 5-6 Jaipur

Drive to Jaipur by private vehicles. Visit the 16th century Amber Fort en route to Jaipur, Rajasthan's Pink City. Jaipur is bursting at the seams with markets filled with jewelers, textiles and folk-based arts. Jaipur is one of the biggest markets for Gems & jewelry. 2 nights Hotel stay in ‘Pink City’ Jaipur. Visit Amber fort with Elephant Ride, City Palace, and Observatory

Days 7 Bijaipur

Early morning drive for Bijaipur - picturesque small village is one of the quieter and isolated destination of Rajasthan. Experience the best of all worlds in Bijaipur. Stay at the luxurious beautiful heritage hotel.

Days 8-9-10 Udaipur

Drive to “City of Lakes” by private vehicles en route visit the massive Chittorgarh Fort - the largest fort in India. Rolling hills, white marble palaces and lakes come together to make Udaipur arguably Rajasthan's most romantic city. See why it's called 'Venice of the East'. Enjoy Boat Ride at Lake Pichola. Enjoy 3 nights hotel stay in ‘City of Lakes’ – Udaipur.

Days 11-12 Ahemdabad

Depart for Ahemdabad in Private Cars and transfer to Hotel.

Ahemdabad is the largest city in the state of Gujarat and one of the largest urban agglomerations in India. Located on the banks of the River Sabarmati, the city is the administrative centre of Ahmedabad district and was the capital of Gujarat from 1960 to 1970

Enjoy Heritage Walk and Visit of Sabamati Ashram – the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi, Kankaria Lake, Dada Hari, Akshar Dham Temple.

Days 13-14-15-16 Goa

Post breakfast depart for Airport to board flight for Goa

Goa: is India's smallest state in terms of area and the fourth smallest in terms of population. Located on the west coast of India in the region known as the Konkan.

Later visit Se Cathedral & Basilica of Bom Jesus

Day 17 Mumbai

Board flight for Mumbai.

Mumbai: formerly Bombay is the capital of the Indian state of Maharashtra. The city proper has approximately 14 million people and, along with the neighboring suburbs of Navi Mumbai and Thane, Mumbai forms the world's 4th largest urban agglomeration with around 19 million people. Mumbai lies on the west coast of India and has a deep natural harbor. Mumbai's port handles over half of India's maritime cargo.

Arrive and transfer to Hotel. Later visit Victoria Terminus, Dhobi Ghat and Mani Bhawan. Later day free to unwind, relax and discover the bussing, modern, commercial city on your own.

Day 18 Depart

Post breakfast depart for half day excursion trip to Elephanta Caves en route visit Gateway of India, later in time transfer to Airport to board flight for onward destination.
